National Park Service has a requirement to repair multiple fountains in Washington D.C. to be ready for the America 250 celebration. Design/Build project for the rehabilitation of National Capital Region Fountains & Water Features, Group 2. Work will include but not limited to all design services and all construction and demolition activities for the project, all site development and utilities. This RFP will cover work at the following locations: •Meridian Hill Fountains (7 Fountains/water features) – Meridian Hill Park is located between 16th and 17th Streets to the east and west and Euclid and W streets to the north and south. • Korean War Veterans – Located just southeast of the Lincoln Memorial and at the intersection of Daniel French Dr SW and Independence Ave SW. • Rawlins Park Fountains (3 fountains/water features) – Located immediately north of the Department of the Interior and south of the General Services Administration building. • General Phillip Sheridan Fountains (2 fountains/water features) – Located at the center of Sheridan Circle on Massachusetts Avenue NW, along Embassy Row in Washington, D.C.
