Renovation of an educational facility in Tunkhannock, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,511-square-foot, one-story above grade educational facility.
The project consists of High School Welding Shop Exhaust System Renovations for the Tunkhannock Area School District. Sealed bids are solicited for a single prime lump sum contract. Prospective bidders are required to attend a mandatory pre-bid conference at the High School. To bid, bidders must obtain the electronic contract documents directly from the designated source and provide company name, contact person, complete address, phone and cellular numbers, and email address. A non-refundable fee is required for the documents. Bids must be submitted in PDF format by the specified deadline. 1. Installation of a new exhaust system and renovation of the existing welding shop and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.
