The path will provide an additional safe, accessible route for the active transportation network in the community and will connect Skyview Park, from the northwest area of town to the Cowboy Trailhead and Ta-Ha-Zouka Park in the southeast area of town, passing through the heart of Norfolk to provide a vital connection to the historically disadvantaged areas of town.
