Site work for a water / sewer project in Phoenix, Arizona. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
- Installation of 4-Inch, 6-Inch, 8-Inch, and 12-Inch water mains and valves - Installation of fire hydrants and fire lines - Installation of water service taps and services lines - Abandonment and cut & plug of existing water mains - Removal of existing fire hydrants - Removal and replacement of concrete, asphalt, landscaping, etc., as needed, to complete new main work and abandon existing mains - All other work as it relates to this JOC, and work incidental for complete installation The City of Phoenix is requesting qualifications for Water Main Replacement Program Right-of-Way Job Order Contract. Question Submission Deadline: November 14, 2025, 12:00pm online The scope of work will vary with each JOA. Minor design services may be required for some JOAs, however, most will be designed through consultants under a separate contract with the City. City staff may design some projects. ForJOAs that may require design services, the Contractor shall seek the services of anArizona registered professional architect and/or engineer to prepare plans for permitting. It is the responsibility of the Contractor to provide cost estimating, project scheduling for design, construction and/or maintenance, and obtain permits if needed from the appropriate.
