The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, permits and fees necessary to perform Groundskeeping services at 129th Civil Engineer Flight CA Air National Guard located at Bldg 683 Macon Rd., Moffett Federal Airfield, CA 94035 from on or around January 1, 2026, through December 31, 2028, in accordance with the technical specifications. Question Deadline 11/10/2025 at 12:00 PM PT All questions regarding this IFB MUST be submitted to Christopher Russell, at Bids@cmd.ca.gov. Release of Bid Bonds: If bid bonds were required on the project, it is the policy of the Military Department to hold the bonds of the three lowest qualified bidders until an executed and fully approved contract is in place. The Military Department reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Sitewalkthrough notes: Prospective bidders must RSVP for this job walk by emailing Christopher Russell at Bids@cmd.ca.gov stating intent to attend. RSVP must be sent by 2 PM PST on November 6, 2025. Please include the number of people and names of each person attending. All job walk attendees must present a REAL ID to access the 129th RQW if they do not have Department of Defense-issued credentials. If a visitor does not have a REAL IDcompliant identification, they must provide the following documents: 1. An original or certified true copy of a birth certificate with a raised seal, along with a Social Security card and a driver's license issued by a state, territory, possession, or the District of Columbia that is not REAL ID-compliant. OR: 2. A VALID United States passport and a driver's license issued by a state, territory, possession, or the District of Columbia that is not REAL ID-compliant. All documents must reflect the same name or a former name, as supported by acceptable name change documentation, such as a court order, marriage certificate, or divorce decree.
