This solicitation involves traditional Construction Manager-at-Risk (CMR) services for the Newfield HVAC Indoor Air Quality Project 11/19/2025 11:59 PM All questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted online. Per Sec. 10-287 this will be a combined Request for Qualifications and Request for Proposals. Proposals meeting the qualifications criteria in the RFQ will be reviewed. All CMAR firms submitting qualification statements for this project must be CT DAS pre-qualified as a "CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (GROUP B)" as defined in the CT DAS Contractor Classification List.
