Erosion Control Funding for this project is provided through the FAP loan program. As such, compliance with Labor Standards Contract Provisions is mandatory. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total amount bid shall be attached to all bids as a guarantee that the successful bidder will, within ten (10) days of the date of notice of award, enter into contract and file the required bonds. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities or technicalities without assigning any reason therefore, and to make the awards in the best interest of the Owner. Contractor will be issued a username and password to retrieve the Specifications upon payment. Contractor must obtain plans and specifications from the office of the Engineer and be registered on the Engineer's bid list to be recognized as an eligible bidder for this project. This project is to be financed by a FAP Bond loan from the Oklahoma Water Resources Board (OWRB) and shall be referred to as Project No. FAP-22-0001-L.
