Franklin Township Police Department Skylight Replacement Project Location: 495 DeMott Lane, Somerset NJ 08873 Removal and replacement of 2-3/4" insulated translucent sandwich panel system, aka "Skyroof panel system," associated flashing and accessories, repairing and repainting interior drywall surfaces and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. Sealed bids are requested for the Franklin Township Police Department skylight replacement. Bids must be delivered in sealed envelopes, clearly marked with the contract name and number, and show the bidder's name and address. Drawings and plans are available free of charge in person at the Purchasing Administrator's office during regular hours. Specifications and instructions may also be obtained at the Purchasing Office or downloaded from the township website. A pre-bid meeting and walkthrough will be held at the project site. Bidders must submit with their bid a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for 10% of the total price, not exceeding $20,000, payable to Franklin Township, along with a Certificate (Consent of Surety) including Power of Attorney for the full amount of the bid price. The winning bidder's surety must provide a Performance and Payment Bond for 100% of the contract amount.
