The Township of Bloomingdale will be accepting sealed bids for Seasonal Mowing/ Plowing of the listed properties for 2026/2027 and 2027/2028 seasons. This will be a two-year contract beginning April 1, 2026 through March 31, 2028. Bids should also include Seasonal Snowplowing of the Fire Station property, Bear Lake access, Muskrat Lake access, Mud Lake Drive, and the Municipal Building parking lot behind the building for the 2026/2027 and 2027/2028 seasons. Plowing o Plow Fire Station whenever 3 inches or more of snow falls. o Plow Muskrat and Bear Lake Fire Lane accesses whenever 6 inches of snow falls. o Plow Mud Lake Drive whenever 3 inches or more of snow falls. o Plow back parking lot of Municipal Building whenever 3 inches or more of snow falls. o Front and sidewalks of Municipal Building must be shoveled whenever 3 inches of snow falls Mowing o Mowing Fire Station when grass reaches between 3-4 inches o Spring and Fall Clean-up at Fire Station The Township Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
