Renovation of a stadium in Miles City, Montana. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade stadium.
Replacing the original wood columns with steel columns, bolstering existing tie rods with steel braces, and replacing or covering existing roof fascias. Each bidder will comply with all fair labor practices and state statutes. Each bid will be accompanied by Bid Security in the amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the bid. Successful bidders shall, upon signature of the contract, furnish an approved Performance Bond, and Labor & Material Payment Bond, each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract. A pre-bid walk-through of the project will be conducted by the Architect. Attendance is not mandatory, but lack of inspection of the conditions under which the contract will be performed will be a consideration in award of bids and review of sub-contractors. No Bidder may withdraw their Bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled time for receipt of bids, except as noted in the Instructions to Bidders. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, to evaluate the bids submitted and to accept the proposal which best serves the interests of the Owner.
