Sealed bids to improve channel safety within the Ochlockonee River and Bald Point Channel will be received. The principal feature of this procurement is known as OCHLOCKONEE RIVER & BALD POINT CHANNEL MARKER IMPROVEMENTS. The specifications are stated in ITB 2025-25. A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled. The meeting is mandatory for all contractors who plan to submit bids. Attendees must sign in at the pre-bid conference in order to be authorized to bid on the project. All questions asked at the pre-bid meeting will not be formally addressed via addendum unless provided to the County in writing. Verbal clarifications will not be provided. A person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction for a public entity crime may not submit a bid, be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity, and may not transact business with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in Section 287.017, Florida Statutes, for CATEGORY TWO ($35,000) for 36 months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.
