Demolition and site work for a municipal facility in Jackson, Mississippi. Completed plans call for the demolition of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The work consists of the demolition and cleaning of parcels at 1525 Ellis Ave, Jackson, Mississippi. Bidders must comply with the City of Jackson's Equal Business Opportunity (EBO) Ordinance by submitting a completed and signed EBO Plan with their bid. Bids must be prepared in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any and all irregularities in respect to any bid submitted or to accept any bid which is deemed most favorable to the City of Jackson.
