Renovation of a medical facility in Monroeville, Alabama. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade medical facility.
Renovations to Monroeville Outpatient Facility for Southwest Alabama Behavioral Health Care Systems in Monroeville, Alabama. All work is to be done according to the plans and specifications prepared by Donofro Architects. Bids must be accompanied by a certified check equal to 5% of the base bid or an acceptable bid bond. Contractors may secure two sets of plans from the Architect for a non-refundable fee or access the plans and specifications via a provided link. Upon award of the contract, a performance and labor-material bond in the full amount of the contract will be required. The successful bidder must execute and deliver the contract and bonds within fifteen days after notice of acceptance of the bid, or forfeit the bid security. All state and federal laws, municipal ordinances, and relevant regulations apply. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive technicalities, and accept or reject any proposal within a bid deemed in the owner's best interest. No bid may be withdrawn for fifteen calendar days after the opening date. Instructions for bid submission include sealing and marking the envelope with the project name, bidder's name and address, Alabama general contractor's license number, acknowledgment of all addenda, and any written bid modifications on the envelope prior to bid opening. Question Deadline 11/24/2025 at 2:00 PM CT No clarification will be given to the bidder 48 hours before the Bid date. No Exceptions!
