The Contractor shall perform all Work required by the Contract Documents for the Historic Hardwick Town House Exterior Restoration Project, Hardwick, MA, prepared by the Pioneer Valley Planning Commission, acting as referred to in the Contract Documents as the "Project Administrator" and/or "Rehabilitation Specialist". The Town of Hardwick invites sealed Bids for the Historic Hardwick Town House Exterior Restoration Project. The project which involves restoration of the concrete slab by the entrance; installation of improved storm windows and restoration of existing wood sash windows; gutter and downspout improvements; fascia repair; and exterior painting includes the furnishing of all labor, equipment and materials required. This project is being funded by the U.S. National Parks Service (NPS), Paul Bruhn Historic Revitalization Grant and work must meet the Secretary of the Interior's Standards. The project has received categorical exclusion from further NEPA analysis and has also gone through the Section 106 process and is approved to go forward with physical work.
