Sealed bids are requested for various road materials for 2026. Specifications may be obtained from the purchasing department. All bidders must comply with Louisiana Public Bid Law requirements. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure their proposal arrives at the proper location by the indicated time. Late proposals or bids submitted via telegram, facsimile, or telephone will not be considered. Bids will not be accepted from firms, individuals, or the same owners of separate companies submitting more than one bid. Bid prices must be valid for January to December 2026. Each item will be awarded separately. Bids must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked "2026 Various Roads Material Bid." An insurance certificate must be submitted with the bid. The bidder's name and address must be clearly indicated on the envelope. Electronic bids may be posted at www.centralbidding.com. The Parish Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informality.
