Construction materials and work required include but is not limited to: Concrete slab-on-grade, concrete foundation, pre-engineered metal building system, standing seam metal roofing, standard hollow metal frames and doors, standard door hardware, painting, signage, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, drywall, ceramic tile, painting, gutters, and downspouts. The site work includes limited concrete paving, sidewalks, parking area striping and utilities. The project is located in Pecos, Texas. PRECONFERENCE General contractors are invited to attend a voluntary pre-proposal conference for this project.
