Sealed proposals are requested for the supply and delivery (FOB) of various materials and products, including: - Tires and tubes (all sizes) - Catch basins, frames, and grates - Basins in specified dimensions with knockout specifications - Catch basin risers to fit the basins - Screened topsoil - Bank run and washed gravel (by ton) - Washed sand (by ton) - Ice control sand (by ton) - Item #4 (by ton) - Crushed stone in multiple size options (by ton) - Calcium chloride (100 lb bags and by the ton) - Liquid non-magnesium calcium chloride (minimum 200 gallons, delivery only) - Enhanced liquid calcium chloride mixed with sand or salt for ice removal - Asphalt underlayment membrane and drainage filter fabric - Cutting edges, bucket cutting edges, and rubber cutting edge blades - Plow blades and shoes - Delineator posts (4' and 8' lengths) - Guiderail with metal posts (by linear foot) - Blocks in several dimensions (delivery only) - Hot and cold bituminous materials Proposals must include a non-collusive statement and must be clearly marked as to each item bid. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The Highway Superintendent may factor in delivery time, labor and equipment expenses, and external cost impacts in award decisions, and may also use "piggy-back" purchasing consistent with municipal procurement policy. Prices requested should be for both delivery and FOB as appropriate for each item listed.
