DESCRIPTION OF WORK A. A new 6.0 MGD (expandable in the future to 8.0 MGD) convention- al water treatment facility, chemi- cal storage and feed facilities, clearwell, transmission pump sta- tion and piping, pretreatment building improvements, and associated services. A. Funding for this project is pro- vided through the FAP loan pro- gram. B. The Project is to be substantially complete and ready for operation on or before 700 days after the notice to proceed has been issued. The Project is to be complete and eligible for final payment thirty (30) days after the date for Substantial Completion.
