Fish Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant ("FCWWTP") is the second largest of three (3) wastewater treatment plants in Calgary, with the ability to treat wastewater for an equivalent population of approximately 250,000 people. The upgrades will encompass the entire treatment process and include upgrades to primary treatment infrastructure, conversion of the existing secondary treatment process to Biological Nutrient Removal (BNR) with the construction of two new bioreactor trains, fermenters, WAS thickening facility, and modifications to the six existing secondary clarifiers. The upgrades will also include a new headworks facility, digested sludge storage tank (DSST), upgrades to the existing UV facility, a new Operations, Maintenance and Administration (OMA) Facility and an electrical upgrades program to provide an expanded power supply for the plant. Upon completion of the upgrades, FCWWTP will undergo significant modernization and capacity improvements to remove additional ammonia or byproducts and service more people. Through this Request for Qualification (RFQ), Graham is seeking to pre-qualify a list of experienced subcontractors, capable of completing a variety of scopes of work for the Project. it is intended that Bidders be prequalified to bid on future Request for Proposals (RFP) or Request for Pricing (RFPR) for various scopes. We are currently prequalifying for the following scopes of Work.
