Site work for a water / sewer project in Stephenville, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The scope of work is the installation of 18-inch and 12-inch diameter sanitary sewer pipe, installation of 5-foot diameter manhole, and abandonment of manholes. Instructions to bidders include: Sealed bids must be submitted to the office of the Purchasing Manager at Stephenville City Hall. Bids will be opened and read publicly at 2:00 p.m. on the specified date. Bids shall be addressed to Rebecca Crosson, Purchasing Manager. Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Bid envelopes must be labeled with the name and address of the bidder, project title, and bid number. Any questions must be submitted to the Purchasing Manager by the stated deadline. A non-refundable deposit is required for each set of bid documents. The notice to bidders includes requirements for bid security, document viewing, and withdrawal of bids. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, waive informalities, disregard nonconforming or conditional bids or counter bids, and accept the bid that is in the best interest of the City. A Pre-Bid conference has not been scheduled for this project. Any questions regarding this bid must be submitted to the Purchasing Manager at purchasing@stephenvilletx.gov by 4:00 p.m., Tuesday, November 11, 2025.
