Description

Site work for a power facility in Roseville, California. Conceptual plans call for site work for a power facility.

The City of Roseville is soliciting proposals for the civil design of Creekview Substation. This is a new 60kV/12kV electrical substation located in the Creekview Specific Plan area. Tasks to be completed include site surveying, concrete foundation design, grouding grid design and more. See the attached RFP document for the full scope of work and design requirements. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive any informalities or irregularities in any proposal or in the proposal process. The deadline for questions will be November 18, 2025. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
