**As of January 16th, 2026, the project was awarded to Teddy Jones, with an awarded amount of $1,505,237.50.** Water Line Replacements SRF Project - Chuckey Utility District The work to be bid on is the construction of a water project for Water Line Replacements, SRF Project #DW7 2025-266, with an allotted construction period of 300 calendar days. Bidders must comply with applicable requirements under the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL), Davis-Bacon Act, American Iron and Steel, and Build America, Buy America provisions. The project is funded by a State Revolving Fund (SRF) loan, and both State and Federal funding requirements apply. Bidders must comply with the SRF Loan Program's Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) requirements, including contacting a minimum of 10 qualified DBE sub-contractors, professional service providers, vendors, and/or suppliers by certified mail to solicit bids. The apparent successful bidder must submit copies of the certified letters and return receipts prior to contract award. Question Deadline 11/13/2025 All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered.
