Description This contract covers all construction work for the Optech and Innovlog Research Centre, including mechanical, electrical and architectural work on the building. Contract award 19 February 2026 Mobilisation/start of works 4 March 2026 Completion of works, including commissioning and correction of deficiencies August 2027 PROJECT MILESTONES: Mandatory milestones are objectives to be achieved on the critical path, according to the general schedule and the execution schedule. Mandatory milestone: Contractor mobilization and commencement of work on 4 March 2026. Mandatory milestone: Work in the existing building's ceiling cavities to install water pipes and electrical conduits connecting the extension to the existing mechanical room must be completed between 1 June and 31 August 2026. Mandatory milestone: Civil engineering work for the new water inlet in early June 2026. Mandatory milestone: Clean room work in March 2027.
