Phase I engineering studies, if required, may consist of conducting route surveys, land surveys, hydraulic analysis and reports, geometric studies, preliminary lighting design, environmental studies, safety studies including crash analyses, and preparing project reports. Preparation or review of Structure Geotechnical Reports is anticipated. This work may include data collection, development of alignment alternatives, cost estimates, traffic management analysis, crash analysis, bridge condition reports, TS&L drawings, and other related work and exhibits necessary to complete the Phase I preliminary engineering.
