The Township of St. Joseph invites quotes from qualified contractors with WSIB and insurance coverage to provide labour and specified materials to renovate an existing storage space into a commercial kitchen at the Trefry Centre, 1601 C Line, Richards Landing, ON. The project is located at 1601 C Line, Richards Landing, ON. The following scope of work is required for the upgrades to the facility (list is not inclusive of all work only a high-level overview, refer to plans for complete details): a) Removal of existing storage cabinets, shelving, fridges and freezers. b) Installation of owner provided kitchen equipment. c) New pre-hung steel exterior door. d) New wall coverings as indicated. e) New Dormer f) New NFPA 96 kitchen hood system complete with fire suppression system. g) New sanitary drains to tie into existing rough-in at north east corner. h) New domestic water lines back to existing hot water tank location. i) Existing lighting to remain. j) New 200A 240V panel to be installed with new feed from Main Distribution Panel k) Power distribution within kitchen to suit new layout and equipment l) Clean up and dispose of all debris after job completion and at end of each working day. m) Perform final inspection with owner or designate.
