ALDINE INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT is issuing a Two-Step Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Construction Manager-At-Risk Services for the Orange Grove Elementary School Rebuild Project. Statements of Qualifications must be completed and submitted in the Aldine ISD eBid System. Disqualified Statements of Qualifications include those received later than the specified time or submitted by fax or email. Any addenda prior to the due date will be posted, and questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted in writing to bids@aldineisd.org. Statements of Qualifications may be withdrawn or retracted for any reason prior to the submission deadline. The District reserves the right to extend the due date and to accept or reject any or all proposals or to make awards as appear advantageous to the District and to waive any informalities. The current school building and supporting infrastructure will be removed to make way for a state-of-the-art, 120,000-square-foot elementary school.
