Renovation of a multi-residential development in Newton, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.

Bids are being accepted for the service "Repair of Make-up Air unit." Contractors and vendors must be duly qualified, competent, and capable to perform the services in accordance with all existing laws, rules, orders, directives, and regulations governing these services and supplies. Proposals for these services should be submitted to the Newton Housing Authority. The Request for Proposals outlines the scope of services and submission requirements. The Authority reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to terminate the vendor, for convenience, at any time during the contract term. The services that are requested will be as follows: debris at the conclusion of each workday. Do not discard in the Housing Authority's dumpster. 1) Replace sensor and coil bypass dampers. 2) Ensure that the unit is properly operating after installation. 3) Lubricate dampers and other ancillary parts. 4) The contractor shall always maintain a safe and secure work area. 5) The contract includes all necessary work to ensure proper operation and temperature of the make-up air unit. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
