As per the Owner the project has been cancelled. Construction of a new security checkpoint for employee screening at Kahului Airport and related work, including but not limited to electrical, telecommunication, security, fire protection, and mechanical systems. The contractor shall incorporate the State's airport security measures into their work and adhere to established and enhanced security procedures as mandated by the State and FAA throughout the course of the contract. A security plan must be submitted that addresses the conditions set forth in the contract. This plan must include a layout of the project scope with locations of construction barricades with secured entry/exits, identification of locations requiring guards, contractor measures to ensure security of the worksite and personnel, and procedures to ensure containment of the worksite from unauthorized personnel. The package must be submitted within 14 calendar days after execution of contract. Bidders shall submit and upload their complete proposal documents through the required portal before the specified due date and time. Proposals received after the due date and time will not be considered. Any supporting documents that are explicitly confidential or proprietary must be uploaded in a separate file and not included in the proposal file.
