Barr & Barr | Horus, as Construction Manager at Risk, is soliciting sealed proposals from pre-qualified subcontractors for specific bid packages, including Structural Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, HVAC Equipment, Electrical Equipment, Generator, and Earthwork & Site Utilities. Sealed proposals are only accepted from pre-qualified firms and must comply with all requirements detailed in the Project's General Requirements and Trade Package Manuals. Bids that are incomplete or non-compliant will not be accepted. Participation must comply with North Carolina General Statutes. Historically Underutilized Businesses (HUBs) are strongly encouraged to participate. All questions must be submitted in writing to the provided contact. Pre-qualification requirements: Sealed proposals will be accepted only from pre-qualified firms.
