Site work for a civil project in Beggs, Oklahoma. Working plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project; one-story above grade water / sewer project; and one-story above grade water / sewer project.

The work consists of the installation of a two pump, premanufactured skid pump station, pump enclosure, all related electric and mechanical systems, a 200,000-gallon ground storage tank, a pressure sensor assembly at the elevated storage tank, approximately 350 linear feet of 8-inch water line pipe, and related appurtenances in the same yard area. If optional bid items are selected, it will also include demolition of an existing 42'x16' partially buried clearwell, removal of the existing pump station, and retired water tank. All work is located within Owner property east of 404 E 1st St on lots 4, 5, and 6 of block 50 on E 1st St, Beggs OK 74421. The project must be substantially complete and ready for operation no later than 180 days after Notice to Proceed, and complete and eligible for final payment 30 days after the date for Substantial Completion. All work must be completed, accepted, and fully invoiced by July 31, 2026, to be eligible for payment under federal funding restrictions. Bidders must register with the specified procurement website as plan holders and download the complete set of documents for bid preparation. Bid Security in the amount of 5 percent of the proposed Contract Price is required, along with statutory defect bond, performance bond, and payment bond. Goods and equipment must be manufactured or produced in the United States of America to the extent required by state statute.
