Existing travel lanes, auxiliary lanes, and paved shoulders will be resurfaced. Additionally, the project incudes necessary signing and pavement marking upgrades for improved safety and function. The improvements under FPID 450821-1-52-02 consist of storm sewer improvements at the SR 95 (US 29) intersection. This construction will improve drainage and alleviate historic flooding by installing an additional 3'x8' box culvert across the southern leg of the intersection and two (2) additional 24" cross drains on the norther leg of the intersection. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement. A Proposal Guaranty of not less than five percent (5%) of the total actual bid in the form of either a certified check, cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, bank draft of any national or state bank, or a Surety Proposal Guaranty made payable to the Florida Department of Transportation must be received for each bid in excess of $150,000.00.
