New construction of a warehouse / distribution facility in The Pas, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the construction of a 5,568-square-foot, one-story above grade warehouse / distribution facility.
Design, construct and install a L shape 5,500 sq. ft. RTM facility according to specifications and drawing. The requirement is 22 (twenty-two) rooms with 2 (two) large sitting rooms, a 2 (two) large kitchens in accordance with standards and codes for The Pas region. Precast or ICF insulated foundations are deemed acceptable. Crawlspace must have house keep slab and proper drainage. This bunkhouse is a seasonal building and it is operational spring, summer, and fall. The building will be shut down during the winter season from approximately October 31st to April 1st each year. 1. The Vendor must provide three (3) previous project examples demonstrating relevant experience. 2. The vendor must provide design team information as applicable including the following: Architectural Electrical Mechanical Structural and civil engineering Energy Code Requirements must be met Documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
