Site work and addition to a fire / police facility in Cynthiana, Kentucky. Completed plans call for the addition of a 3,216-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility.
Separate sealed bids are requested for the Cynthiana Fire Station #1 Addition for the City of Cynthiana. Plans, specifications, and all contract documents can be examined at the provided location. Copies are available at the designated office or may be obtained as a free digital download. The owner reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids. Bid security must be provided as outlined. Bidders must adhere to specified employment conditions, minimum wage rates, and policies under Section 3, Segregated Facility, Section 109, E.O. 11246, and Title VI. Minority bidders are encouraged to bid. No bid may be withdrawn within 90 days following the opening. A 3216 sq. ft. One-Story Addition to the City's Fire Station #1. The addition is of masonry construction (CMU with a brick facade) with two double stacked truck bays. The addition will include a new Break Area and ADA restrooms as part of an ICC 500 Storm Shelter inside the addition Question Deadline 11/27/2025 Every request for such interpretation should be in writing addressed to Summit Architects + Engineers at 3205 Summit Square Place, Lexington, KY 40509, or emailed to Charley Robinson at crobinson@summit-ae.com and to be given consideration must be received at least five days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids.
