Plans call to construct a new indoor sports complex. A hybrid indoor turf facility that can be converted into one youth multi-purpose field, three small-sided multi-purpose fields, one baseball/softball infield or four batting cages/pitching tunnels. The sports performance area, which will include turf, sprinting track, a training area and four batting cages/pitching tunnels. The facility will also have flex space and 5,000 square feet of medical leased space. Other plans call for 8.62 acres will be used for site development with 678 parking spaces. As of January 30, 2026, the project is in preliminary stage of planning. Information regarding design firm, construction manager, and general contractor has not been released. Further details regarding firm construction and completion timelines have not been disclosed.
