The project consists of the replacement of two (2) pressure reducing valves and the top slab at the Helberg Valve Vault and the replacement of all interior mechanical fittings, interior mechanical equipment, and the top slab at the East Tank/Butterball Tank Control Valve Vault. Each Bidder must deposit with their Bid, security in the amount, form and subject to the conditions provided in the Instructions to Bidders. All Bidders must be licensed in conformance with the Arkansas State Licensing Law for Commercial Contractors as defined in Arkansas Code 17- 25-101 and related statutes. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities and reject any and all Bids. Bids shall remain firm for a period not to exceed 60 days from the Bid opening date. This publication was paid for by the City of Ozark, Arkansas, and the cost of the publication is $428.64, per Arkansas Code 14-55-208 and related statutes.
