Site work for a water / sewer project in Kings Mountain, North Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The project is for the "North Tracy Street Water Line Project" located within the City Limits of Kings Mountain, North Carolina. The project includes approximately 240 linear feet of 6-inch water line, tie to existing lines, installation of valves, fittings, hydrants, reconnection of existing services to the new line, abandonment and plugging of the old line, and related appurtenances. Instructions to bidders indicate that sealed bids are to be submitted, a non-refundable plan deposit is required ($25.00 for hard copies and $15.00 for PDF format), a 5% Bid Bond is required with the bid submittal, and performance and payment bonds are set at 100%. There will be NO Pre-Bid Meeting Question Deadline 11/14/2025 at 5:00 PM ET AllQuestionsmust be received 2working days prior to the Bid Opening Date Questions should be addressed to Joel E.
