Demolition and renovation of a water / sewer project in Boston, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade water / sewer project.
The work includes, but is not limited to, furnishing all permits, labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals necessary for the demolition and replacement of the two Make-up Air Handling Units at the Ward Street Headworks Facility. The estimated time frame for completion is 640 calendar days. General Bidders must join the Plan Holders list for the Filed Sub-Bid Event and, once it opens, for the General Bid Event to submit bids. No paper bids will be accepted. Each General Bid must be accompanied by a current Certificate of Eligibility issued by the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance (DCAMM) showing the bidder has the classification and capacity rating to perform the work and an Update Statement. General Bidders must be certified in the HVAC category. Each Filed Sub-Bid must be accompanied by a current Certificate of Eligibility issued by DCAMM, showing the Sub-Bidder is certified to participate on public construction projects and perform the class of work for which the Sub-Bid is submitted, as well as an Update Statement. Filed Sub-Bids will be required for Electrical Work (Division 16). A 5% bid deposit must accompany all bids. Question 12/19/2025 5.00PM
