The work includes furnishing all materials, supplies, equipment, and labor to complete the 3rd floor interior finish out at DHA Housing Solutions for North Texas. The contractor is responsible for labor, materials, equipment, tools, construction equipment, and machinery, and must provide and pay for all utilities required to perform the work. Safety precautions must be taken for proper execution of the work. The contractor must secure and pay for necessary permits, state, city, and government fees, and licenses needed for proper execution and completion of the work at the time of receipt of bids. No departures from the drawings and specifications are allowed without prior written approval from the owner. Compliance with all codes, ordinances, rules, regulations, orders, and other legal requirements relevant to the performance of the work is required. The contractor assumes responsibility for all work in place. Any work damaged is the responsibility of the contractor to repair or replace to new condition at no cost to the owner. Every precaution must be used to prevent damage to adjacent dwelling units, property, and utilities, and any damage caused by the contractor's operations must be repaired or replaced at their expense. It is the contractor's responsibility to familiarize themselves with the site conditions prior to bidding.
