Hillsborough County intends to award a sole source procurement to Florida Coast Equipment, LLC for specialized maintenance, repairs, and original equipment manufacturer (OEM) parts for Kubota branded equipment owned by the County, for a one-year period and an estimated amount of $238,200.00. This award is in accordance with the County's Procurement Policy, recognizing Florida Coast Equipment, LLC as the only authorized vendor for Kubota brand equipment, supplying direct manufacturer maintenance, services, parts, and warranties for existing equipment. The County reserves the right to extend the time period, adjust the scope of services based on changing conditions and requirements, and increase the award accordingly. Contractors who believe they can provide substantially the same goods or services must submit clear and convincing information to support a challenge to the intended award. Challenges must be received by the Close Date of the Sole Source and submitted using the EUNA Procurement system for this procurement. The County will review submitted challenges to determine if bona fide competition exists.
