The Project is described as follows: The project is generally described as follows: MEP upgrades at Hopkins Elementary, Masters Elementary, Judson Middle School and Judson High School as indicated on the drawings and specifications to include all general construction, heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing and all other work as indicated on the construction documents. Hopkins Elementary to include energy controls upgrades. Master Elementary to include lighting upgrades. Judson Middle School Energy Controls Upgrades. Judson High School to include energy controls upgrades, hydronic boiler system upgrades, lighting upgrades and emergency generator upgrades. The Project must be complete and ready for occupancy not later than 358 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
