Sealed bids to furnish all materials and/or equipment are solicited for gasoline and fuel for Mill Creek MetroParks. Each bid must be addressed to the Board of Park Commissioners, Mill Creek Metropolitan Park District, and enclosed in a sealed envelope with the name of the bidder and the article bid upon clearly marked on the outside. All bids submitted shall be valid for a period of sixty days after bid opening. Notice of claim of right to withdraw a proposal must be made in writing and filed with the Park District within two business days after the bid opening in accordance with the provisions of Section 9.31 of the Ohio Revised Code. The Board of Park Commissioners reserves the right to reject any, or part of any, or all bids; to waive any technicalities or informalities in the bidding process and to accept any bid deemed most favorable to the Board of Park Commissioners, or to advertise for new bids.
