The Town of Rolesville is seeking qualifications for an owner’s representative for the Rolesville Town Campus Project, a multi-building governmental complex to be constructed on a 17-acre parcel. The first phase includes site development, Police Station, and Fire Station, with the library design managed separately by Wake County. Support is needed in capital project management, owner’s representative services, and advisory areas. Services include ensuring the project’s programmatic and financial goals are met, advising on critical decisions, reviewing documentation and cost estimates, managing the budget, assisting with procurement and contract management, monitoring construction activities, addressing quality and regulatory compliance, maintaining project documentation, serving as the primary project contact, coordinating with Wake County and the Finance Director, overseeing project closeout, and facilitating the handover of project documentation. Proposals should be concise and organized, addressing introductory information, qualifications and experience, and references. The Town prefers an individual or small team for continuity and clarity.
