Questions are submitted online No Product Minimum Specifications: This work, at minimum, shall include the following: o Recover all remaining refrigerant from the existing system and transport from site. o Remove and dispose of existing 10 ton Liebert systems, including all ductwork, and refrigerant piping. o Provide and install (3) new 10 ton Trane systems or equivalent. The City will determine if product bid is an equivalent. One at each location. Complete with outdoor condensing unit and indoor air handling unit. (Clarksville Gas & Water to provide crane). If bidding an equivalent, vendors are to provide information on the type bid. o New (TTA) condensing unit to be set on existing concrete pad, and include the following: o 460-Volt, 3-phase o R-454B Refrigerant o Dual Compressors / Dual Circuit o Hail Guards o Symbio Controls o Blygold PoluAI XT, or equivalent, corrosion coating to all coils. Devoe Devthane, or equivalent, coating to all interior and exterior casings o Corrosion protection coating on any other exposed components that are prone to cause failure due to exposure of hydrogen sulfide o New (TWE) air handling unit to be set on existing concrete pad(indoor), and include the following: o 460-volt, 3-phase o R-454B Refrigerant o Dual Circuit o 2-Speed Supply Fan w/ Standard Motor o Drip Panel Kits (Field Installed) o Electric Heat Discharge Plenum & Grille (Field Installed) o Return Air Grilles (Field Installed) o 10kW 460-Volt 3-Phase Electric Heat o Indoor Options Control Module o Blygold PoluAI XT, or equivalent, corrosion coating to all coils. Devoe Devthane, or equivalent, coating to all interior and exterior casings o Corrosion protection coating on any other exposed components that are prone to cause failure due to exposure of hydrogen sulfide o Complete all necessary refrigerant piping and insulation. (Bidder to include coring if necessary) o Complete all necessary electrical. (Bidder to confirm breaker, wire, and disconnect sizing. Re-use existing if possible) o Provide and install new digital thermostat, liquid filter driers, and moisture indicators/sight glasses. o Perform proper startup per manufacturer's specifications. o 1-year labor warranty All coatings must have a minimum 3 year warrant and be done to manufacture's specifications to ensure full warranty coverage. o HVAC system (including piping, controls, casings, ect) should be built to withstand constant atmospheric hydrogen sulfide exposure up to 20ppm. o At the end of the installation, training on operation and maintenance will be provided by the bidder to the maintenance staff of the Wastewater Plant. All manuals and spare parts will be turned over to them at this time as well. The Clarksville Gas and Water Department desires to replace the existing Liebert HVAC systems in our Wastewater Plant; Blended Sludge control room, downstairs Centrifuge control room, and upstairs Centrifuge control room.
