Construction Manager at Risk for the Construction of the Harris County Sheriff's Office Active Shooter Training Facility for the Office of the County Engineer The project consists of the ground-up construction of a new, approximately 17,000 square foot (SF) Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) to be owned and operated by the Harris County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) for active shooter training. The facility will include two (2) separate simulation training areas, each 5,500 SF (totaling 11,000 SF) with a catwalk for observation. Supporting spaces in this area will include restrooms, storage rooms, and janitorial closets. Questions Due Date Nov 14th 2025, 12:00 PM CST An adjoining 6,000 SF section will provide classrooms, conference rooms, and additional support areas, including an office, an open plan for workstations, restrooms, a break room, and utility rooms. The scope of work also includes all materials, labor, and associated sitework required for full completion in accordance with the construction documents to be developed.
