Construction Manager at Risk for the Construction of the Harris County Sheriff's Office Active Shooter Training Facility for the Office of the County Engineer The project consists of the ground-up construction of a new, approximately 17,000 square foot (SF) Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) to be owned and operated by the Harris County Sheriff's Office (HCSO) for active shooter training. The facility will include two (2) separate simulation training areas, each 5,500 SF (totaling 11,000 SF) with a catwalk for observation. Supporting spaces in this area will include restrooms, storage rooms, and janitorial closets.
