Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in Midland, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.

The project involves developing a Transportation Support Hub. Work includes demolition, site preparation, utility installation, parking lot construction, fencing, lighting, security, access controls, and associated infrastructure. The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, personnel, transportation, and supplies necessary to complete the project. Scope of Work: A. Site Preparation and Demolition: Remove existing grass, curbs, and approach as required; excavate and remove excess material; compact subgrade and grade site for proper drainage. B. Concrete Work: Install new concrete approach; construct a new concrete parking lot (approx. 250' x 47', 6" thick, reinforced with #4 rebar at 18" O.C., 4000 PSI mix design); install curbing and a 6" pipe rail fence (approx. 250' long). C. Asphalt Work: Install asphalt parking lot (approx. 250' x 47') with a 6" caliche base and 2" asphalt surface; stripe per provided layout and ADA requirements. D. Fiber and Communication Infrastructure: Provide, install, and extend 12-strand OS2 OSP fiber to the Family Support Center with 12 fusion splices; expose and intersect existing conduit; install a 30" x 48" x 36" handhole, a splice case, 4" underground conduit, and trench to a portable building; provide and install all UTP cabling, terminations, faceplates, labels, open-top supports, and six network drops; terminate and test all cabling, provide documentation and warranty upon completion.
