Remodeling of a municipal facility in Vernon, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the remodel of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The Township of Vernon, Sussex County, New Jersey, hereby invites sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for the installation of Endurablend Cement Surfacing, or equivalent on a portion of 21 Church Street, Department of Public Works. Scope of Work: _ Installation of approximately 23x 70', a portion of 3 bays at Department of Public Works, of Endurablend_ polymer modified cement surfacing, or equivalent. _ The work area consists of approximately a portion all of the three garage bays as designated by the Township. _ Vendors are urged to conduct a site visit by contacting Superintendent of Public Works, hlazier@vernontwp.com _ All work shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications and under the supervision of the Township's authorized representative. _ . Product Description: The material utilized must be: _ Snowplowable and resistant to heavy vehicular traffic and extreme weather conditions. _ Environmentally friendly with zero VOCs. _ UV stable and resistant to oils, salts, and most common surface chemicals. _ Available in custom colors, patterns, and textures as specified by the Township. _ Capable of incorporating solar reflective pigments to reduce heat island effect and improve surface albedo.
