A timeline for the award has not yet been established.** Furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment for the City-Wide Sign Replacement Program. Bid proposals must include surety bonds approved by the agency, a certified or cashier's check or surety bond for at least 10% of the total bid, and certificates for public liability, property damage insurance, and worker's compensation. Prevailing wage rates as determined by the State apply, and all workers must be paid at least these rates. The contractor and subcontractors must have appropriate business licenses. Securities may be substituted for monies withheld to ensure contract performance. The agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive irregularities, and hold all bids under advisement for sixty days. Standard Surety Company bonding forms are accepted. No bids will be accepted from unlicensed contractors as per the Business and Professions Code. Final completion: 60 working days.
