Renovation of a municipal facility in Sanibel, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade municipal facility.
The work consists of the removal and replacement of the existing air conditioning system for the City Hall Finance & IT Wing HVAC System Replacement. Proposals must be properly and completely executed on the standard proposal form and accompanied by an acceptable certified check, cashier's check, or Bidder's Bond not less than five percent of the total bid price. The awarded contractor will be required to furnish an acceptable Surety Bond in the amount of one hundred percent of the contract price. No proposal may be withdrawn for a period of sixty days after the date set for receiving proposals. The City of Sanibel reserves the right to hold, reject, or waive informalities in any or all bids. Question Deadline 11/21/2025 at 3:00 PM ET NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER: 5:00 PM, (ET) November 23, 2025 all questions must be submitted in writing to brett.schira@mysanibel.com and received by stated time. This work consists of existing air conditioning system removal and replacement. The work included in this contract is described briefly as follows: Removal and replacement of existing HVAC system.
