Work will include installation of erosion and sedimentation controls and stormwater management pond, demolition of ballfield fencing necessary for new work, site grading necessary for new access roadway, stormwater management pond, and preparation of subgrades for installation of pickleball courts, concession stand, performance stage pavilion, site concrete, and aggregate parking area. Installation of storm sewer collection system, installation of concrete drive apron, ADA parking areas, and associated sidewalks, installation of water service line and sanitary force main piping to future concession stand, bedding aggregate and select aggregate backfill for storm and utility piping, aggregate surfacing for access drive and parking area, traffic control and maintenance, pavement demolition and restoration, seeding and mulching of lawn areas.
