All proposed services shall be in accordance with the RFP, including its attachments and any addenda. The scope of work consists of the following construction tasks: 1. Submit a work plan detailing the steps to execute the objective of the project. 2. North and central fence lines: Clearing of vegetation and installation of bioswales to delineate control sheet wash and surface soil contact at uncapped areas and/or landscaping. 3. 48 Wiwoole Street: Clearing/grubbing of vegetation and installation of geomembrane (cap), 2-3 inches of gravel and bordered by bioswales. Clearing/grubbing of approximately 60 by 60 area, followed by installation of asphalt cap. 4. 56 Wiwoole Street: Install 6-inch concrete berms to control migratory surface water.
